Reinforcing profile

Reinforcing profile what is it and what is it used for?

Reinforcing profile it is an element of steel of PVC (polyvinylchloride) design which is used for achievement of durability at the increased loadings, and increase of service life of windows and doors. Today it is very difficult to find structures that do not use PVC technology, just as it is difficult to find stores without these products.
The main advantages of the reinforced profile
• high sound insulation
• excellent thermal insulation
• increased resistance to aggressive environments
• does not require special care
The main task of the reinforcing profile is resistance to bending and torsion. The solution to this problem will be the moment of intersection of the profile, but not the thickness, this is due to constructive personalities. Reinforcing profile are made of two types:
• from smooth steel (walls of a product are thick)
• from relief metal (walls of a product are thin)
Profiles are technologically easily made of galvanized steel, the thickness of which is not more than 2 mm. Production of reinforcing profile is performed using this technology automatically on certain computer-controlled equipment. Thus, the production technique eliminates the possibility of marriage of hardware.
On production of rolled galvanized steel, from VHH, the reinforcing profiles for window and door systems of the companies are issued: KBE, Rehau, Wintech, Salamander, Aluplast, and Steko, WDS, etc.
Reinforcing profile parameters:
Thickness from 0.7 mm to 2.0 mm
It is possible to produce different sizes of reinforcing profile according to the customer's specifications
