- cold-rolled steel in coils galvanized in thickness from 0.2 to 2.5 mm and in width up to 360 mm;
- cold-rolled steel in coils in thickness from 0.2 to 2.5 mm and in width up to 400 mm;
- cold-rolled galvanized strip in thickness from 0.2 to 2.5 mm and in width up to 360 mm;
- cold-rolled strip annealed in thickness from 0.2 to 2.5 mm and in width up to 400 mm;
- shaped and round pipe of cold rolled and galvanized steel with walls from 0.5 to 2.5 mm, with galvanized seam;
- reinforcing profile for various PVC systems, greenhouses, prefabricated buildings, etc.
- high-speed lines for the longitudinal dissolution of coiled steel;
- hot dip galvanizing lines for coil steel;
- cold rolled lines;
- rolling mills;
- production lines for galvanized electrofusion pipe.
Profile galvanized pipe
Profile galvanized pipes are widely used at construction sites due to their increased anti-corrosion properties, ultra resistance to various deposits on the inner walls of the pipe. Especially galvanized profile pipe was widely used in water supply communications of both cold and hot temperature, heating and gas pipes.Galvanized profile pipe is slightly inferior in price to its counterpart without zinc coating. But the small costs during operation and the high service life of the piping systems consisting of galvanized pipes perfectly compensate for the difference in the costs of their creation. Due to the low cost of galvanized pipes and the high quality of operation, this type of pipe can be used in the furniture industry, automotive industry, and other various industries.
The use for lightweight metal structures is limited, due to the fact that zinc vapors are released during welding, which is why welding of the "black" pipe with further galvanizing is usually used.
Lisichansk plant offers the following products:
- cold-rolled steel in coils galvanized in thickness from 0.2 to 2.5 mm and in width up to 360 mm;
- cold-rolled steel in coils in thickness from 0.2 to 2.5 mm and in width up to 400 mm;
- cold-rolled galvanized strip in thickness from 0.2 to 2.5 mm and in width up to 360 mm;
- cold-rolled strip annealed in thickness from 0.2 to 2.5 mm and in width up to 400 mm;
- shaped and round pipe of cold rolled and galvanized steel with walls from 0.5 to 2.5 mm, with galvanized seam;
